Hi guys,

I have the pro version of Smash Balloon Instagram Feed and did an upgrade a couple of days ago and it hasn’t worked since.

It’s not showing in my sidebar or footer on my homepage. It used to display exactly how you have it on this page https://ashe-pro.wp-royal-themes.com/food/?ref=ashe-pro-backend-about-predefined-styles

Hi Emilia,

No, it’s still not working. Vako said to check with Smash Balloon support and I am thinking based on that and what you said that’s where the issue is.

I filed a ticket with them a few days ago and am waiting to hear back. I’ll let you know if I find anything out. Maybe you can do same?

Thanks Alice! Yes I am going to write to smash balloon support too but please let me know in case they answer to your question first! I will post here if I find something out myself too. Hopefully it’s something stupid and easy to fix.

Please make sure that you are running the latest version of the plugin too, plugin update some times fix the issue, on other case plugin support team is the best solution.

Hi Emilia,

I wanted to let you know I got mine working on the advice of Smashballoon by disabling a script on my GDPR plugin that was blocking it.

Something for you to try.
