Hi,
I have the name and description of the site in the header image, and when I try to respond responsively to other devices at the bottom of the page, it’s fine, but in fact the site description on my phone is incorrectly shifted down. How can I fix this?
Thank you
Hi Linda,
Please share your website URL and we will check.
Kind Regards,
Nick
Hi Nick,
sorry for the late reply, i was on vacation. I do not have the website ready and therefore hidden from the public.
Here I send a picture of what I think:
I need the description of the website to stick to the name of the website and not to jump down so illogically down on smaller devices.
Thank you very much
Linda
Hi Lunda,
In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
To better understand how the plugin works, please watch the video guide below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMu0e78OpJo

Hi Linda,
We added a custom CSS snippet to fix the issue, please check and let us know if it works for you too.

Hi Vako,
thank you very much for the edit, but now it’s too close to the site name. Could you please increase the distance a little to make it lower? Ideally like on a PC?
Thanks
Linda
Hi Linda,
Please share again login URL and we will correct it.
