    Hello, I installed Ashe Pro yesterday and now I am locked out of my WP account.

    I cannot get in at all.

    There is a large red banner across my website saying that I need to buy a license for the theme.

    Well that is no problem but the links do not work and I can’t get into my account anymore.

    Everything was great until I reinstalled the ashe pro theme.

     

    Help please.

    Hi Lindy,

     

    At first, sorry for the late reply, we had holidays and thank you for upgrading to PRO.

    1. Red Banner:  The notices you mentioned in the most case appear when a user purchased a theme but have not activated license key yet, please make sure that your purchased license key is already active on your website.

    2. Theme has no effect on the Dashboard access, for this issue please contact your server/hosting provider and ask them to check for the issue.
