I tried to find where to change the article display settings of “You may also like” section, cause it kept recommending the same articles several times on the homepage. It became redundant and hard to find useful content.

Actually Related section you mentioned displays posts based on the categories attached to the actual blog posts, there is no option to change that, we can give you a child theme where display logic will be base on the tags and not categories, please let us know.
