Hi there, my site has the above issue.

There is a line box surrounding the Name.

Mobile website does not have the title name and tagline displayed properly.

The issue has been resolved.

Just want to check how to share a screenshot as I notice that the insert fuction above is not working and there is no upload fuction to insert the photos?

You weer saving your changes as a draft instead of publishing them, now we set customizer settings to publish and the site title and tag line appear again.
