I’m using Elementor Pro with Ashe Pro. However, prior to purchasing Ashe Pro, I designed my website with Astra and Hello Elementor theme. After activating Ashe Pro, I can’t get my header image to show. Please assist.

Hi Jenny,
At first, thank you for upgrading to the pro version.
In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
To better understand how the plugin works, please watch the video guide below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMu0e78OpJo

Hi,
Nick is here from DEV team, the configuration you have setup replacing any themes header – please see the image
“This method replaces your theme’s header (header.php) & footer (footer.php) template with plugin’s custom templates.”
So our theme can’t display it’s header du to this configuration. You need to use proper header footer plugin which allows original theme header display.
Astra and Hello Elementor theme – have coded their header code outside of header php file so that’s why it was working with this themes but this method against wp standards and we and 99.99% of other themes not using this method. Astra and Hello Elementor theme using these method because they are designed for page driven websites and not for blog websites.
Kind Regards,
Nick
In this case I can’t give any good recommendation because I am not expert in this field, it better to ask in elementor related groups
Kind Regards,
Nick
