February 27, 2021 at 2:47 pm #60274Hello
Thank you for your response. I thought there would be a video of somewhere, I did search but couldn’t find one. However, after having watched it I realise when I click on gallery, which I had been doing I don’t get the section that says ‘format gallery’, nothing appears, i’m simply left with a normal editor and the only way to add images to that is either insert or click on the image on me tiny MCE that I use. I’m wondering if it’s because I’m missing a plug-in there should be a stall is this option don’t wanna call again please question
February 28, 2021 at 1:29 am #60277Hello again
you’ll be pleased to know I’ve figured it out. However, it’s weird what’s happening. If I select any of the post format options they are only visible for that moment. Once I’ve saved the post the options aren’t there, and so I didn’t even see them.
So I can see the gallery option only by deselecting the option, making my changes and saving. Once I’ve saved the area with the settings in is gone but if I load the post the chosen images are the. Not sure why this is but I can work with it because I realise now.
If you have any ideas why please let me know and I’ll change whatever is causing the issue.
