Hi!
I just purchased the Ashe Pro theme because I really liked the free one and wanted to be able to fully customize the colors and other stuff settings. My problem is now that I have the Ashe Pro theme installed, I have trouble with one of my plugins that was working fine with the free version and I can’t manage to make my website look like what I liked from the free version.
This is what I was using in the free version. I really liked that every elements were in it’s own little block since I want my website to kind of look like a scrapbook. I wanted to design a background that looked like a notebook to make it look like all the little boxed are stick in it. But I can’t manage to find that ”box” skin option on the pro version. (I’m really new at wordpress so maybe I just don’t see it)
My other issue is with the webcomic plugin and polylang. My website will be both in french and english. In the free version, I managed to make the webcomic plugin display the french version when on the french website and the english one when on the english version. When I installed the pro version, I tried putting the settings the same way I did on the free version and it doesn’t work anymore.
French version is supposed to display this image -^
English version is supposed to display this image -^
In the pro version, it display it correctly in english. In french it doesnt. It displays the english image full screen.
I hope you can help me out because I really liked how it looked on the free version and hope I can make it look even better with the color options from the pro version! Thanks 🙂
September 8, 2021 at 7:10 am #64320I have a new problem. When I change the color in the footer it doesn’t keep it. My cousin looked at the code and told me there’s a white color footer on top of the navy one I want.
September 8, 2021 at 12:13 pm #64321Hi,
At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.
In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
To better understand how the plugin works, please watch the video guide below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMu0e78OpJo

Theme License is not active! Please Activate it now to get started or if you don’t have one buy it now
I bought the theme and put the access key. Now it asks me to log in and when I do it says that. When I click on activate it now it only takes me back to the login page… I’m kind of freaking out and starting to think I shouldnt have bought the pro version…
September 10, 2021 at 5:56 am #64331I managed to fixed it with filezilla by deleting the theme from my website and installing it back.
September 11, 2021 at 3:34 pm #64339Hi and sorry for the delay,

September 11, 2021 at 9:13 pm #64343Hi! Good to hear that will be fixed! 🙂 Sorry if I sounded rude, I was a bit panicked. 😅
I still have the other problems thought. The one about the webcomic plugin not being into a white box like on the free theme and the one about my footer staying white instead of becoming navy blue.
The link I sent in the previous private reply should still work since I allowed it to work for 1 week
September 13, 2021 at 1:44 pm #64357Hi,
We’ve fixed the footer color issue via Custom CSS snippet, looks like your database is having trouble saving option values.
I’m not sure about webcomic plugin, it’s a 3rd party plugin and we can’t provide support for that. But you can try this, navigate to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS section and add the following snippet:
.widget-area{ background: #fff; }
Kind Regards
