Hi team 🙂
I have problem with emoticone “:)”. It’s visibile in post edition, but when I check the article from the website, I don’t see it- it’s a blank/empty square. Below links to screenshots. Thanks in advance for your help!

Please check the same issue on the WP default theme, temporarily activate the wp theme and check if the issue appears, if not we will need site access details to check the issue again.
In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.

We are lost, we checked your website, at first we activated wordpress theme Twenty Twenty-One and emojis are shown as they should, same happens with our theme Ashe Pro, please see the screenshot: https://nimb.ws/fX9hQ8

Nick is here from DEV team,
I have Created Sample Post “1” on your site (don’t worry it is private post and no one will see it) and it shows emoji fine on front page
as well as on single page
I think somewhere you have unclosed HTML tag in your posts content or other similar mistake – and that’s why you have issues with emoji.
Anyway this is not theme related issue, theme works fine, you need to fix your content and all be fine then.
