In order to assist we need to check your website from the back end, please install this 3rd party plugin “Temporary Login Without Password Plugin” which allows us to access your dashboard without sharing access details.
To better understand how the plugin works, please watch the video guide below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMu0e78OpJo

1. The reason for the issue can be your installed plugins, please deactivate them one by one and you will be able to catch which one was the source for the issue.
2. If you want to not lose all the changes made with the plugins, please install 3rd party plugin staging, clone your website database and make the changes on the cloned staging site, here is the video guide to better understand how it works.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtY-q5BBpeE

We found a menu issue and that was the reason we asked to deactivate all your installed plugins, as we see now on some pages your navigation menu is working.
We are investigating the issue, but it will take time as the issues only appear on your end and we cant reproduce them on our test servers, as you mentioned on your other website all works fine.
Kind Regards
September 3, 2021 at 10:07 am #64292Hi,
Nick is here from the DEV team,
You have serious issues with your wp, a Mailchimp script causing an error on your website, that’s why our theme slider does not work because Mailchimp script causing an error with our slider script and other WordPress scripts, please check the escreenshot
You need to identify what causes these script errors, (yu can enable another theme as well and you can see that these errors will be seen again – I want to say that this is not theme related issue)
You need to hire someone expert in this field to identify the root caouse of this and fix this issue, all be fine then.
Kind Regards,
Nick
