How do I get it back?

I just want it like the original 3 column Ashe Pro template

1. Recent Posts with Thumbnails (ok)
2. Categories list – help required to reinstate this please
3. Banner Ad (ok)

I can’t find a list of shortcakes in the documentation.

How do I reinsert it please?
